Flämingo Startup Accelerator
The Flämingo Accelerator is an equity-free program in Brandenburg centered on a 1-month on-site residency and 6-month hybrid growth program supporting startups at the critical stage between early market traction and scalable expansion.
We help you to grow — commercially, operationally, and personally through industry expertise, powerful networks, founder development, and an immersive residency experience.
We combine:

The accelerator program is conducted in English.

We focus on three key clusters where Brandenburg leads and where our partners open doors:
Mobility, Transport & Logistics
DB mindbox connects you to Germany’s largest transport networks and test fields.
Creative Industries (incl. Media & ICT)
Media Deals provides access to funding strategies, investors, and cross-sector opportunities.
Health
Local partners link you to clinics, labs, and testbeds in a growing health region.
Program engagement
We offer a flexible and founder-friendly schedule that meets the reality of growing companies. You will attend 3 on-site phases at the Startup Hub. You meet in a 1:1 setting with your cluster expert online on a regular basis (according to your needs), meet your peer group in a monthly online check-in, and we offer additional online masterclasses to support your growth. Selected startups have the opportunity to participate in a 1 month Residency at the hub.

The residency is located at the workation retreat pioneer COCONAT, in Brandenburg – 1 hour away from Berlin.
Residency at the Hub
A core element of the program is our co-living and co-working residency, designed to foster deep work and deep bonds.

We select startups at the stage between validated market entry and scalable growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Founded within the last 5 years
- Operating in one of our industry clusters (Mobility, Transport & logistics, Creative Industries incl Media and ICT, Health)
- Already registered in Brandenburg — or willing to register business or branch in Brandenburg, Germany (Location and registration support provided by Flämingo)
- Committed to active program participation
