About the hub
Flämingo is a hub for entrepreneurship in Brandenburg — where local entrepreneurs, international founders, and underrepresented voices find the space, structure, and community to build and grow.
Through our accelerator, open events, free workshops, networking formats, and regional collaborations, we strengthen the ecosystem and create real opportunities for people who want to start and scale in the Brandenburg countryside, just outside of Berlin.
About the Flämingo Accelerator
The Flämingo Accelerator is a six-month growth program for startups moving from early market validation towards scalable expansion.
We support teams in strengthening their organisational foundations, refining go-to-market approaches, and building meaningful partnerships — complemented by leadership development, peer exchange, and individual guidance.
The hybrid program is tailored to startups in Mobility, Health, and Creative Industries, combining industry expertise with network access and an environment designed for focus and collaboration.

DB mindbox connects you to Germany’s largest transport networks and test fields.
Creative Industries (incl. Media & ICT)
Media Deals provides access to funding strategies, investors, and cross-sector opportunities.
Health
Fraunhofer IZI-BB and Fraunhofer ZDD connect you with scientific expertise, lab infrastructure, and real-world validation environments for health innovation.
Mobility, Transport & Logistics
With our Mobility Cluster we target startups that want to enable sustainable, inclusive and technology-based mobility infrastructure in rural and urban areas. Solutions should address real mobility needs – through digitalization, cooperation and regional value creation.
Creative Industries (incl. Media & ICT)
Within our Creative Industries Cluster we focus on creative tech startups from Germany and around the world that are developing innovative solutions in the cross-media and cross-sector space — whether at the interface of media, mobility, education, industry, or other fields.
Health
Within our Health Cluster, we support startups building solutions for healthcare, prevention, and wellbeing — with access to Fraunhofer IZI-BB and Fraunhofer ZDD expertise, lab infrastructure, and real validation environments in Bad Belzig’s recognised “Kurort” setting.
We are set to accelerate 60 startups
over the next three years.
