It is a flexible six-month hybrid program designed for founders who are actively building their company.

There are three mandatory in-person phases, plus optional participation in the one-month residency for selected startups.

Yes, we welcome founders who have participated in other programs, as long as the stage and goals align with Flämingo.

You do not need to be based in Brandenburg when applying.

However, selected startups must:

• Be registered in Brandenburg, or
• Be willing to register a business entity or branch in Brandenburg before the program starts.

Flämingo provides location and registration support.

The Hub is located at COCONAT A Workation Retreat in Brandenburg, approximately one hour from Berlin.

Address: Klein Glien 25, 14806, Bad Belzig Germany

For in-person events, shuttle support from Bad Belzig station is provided.

All participants attend:

• Founders Retreat (2–5 June 2026)
• Founders On-Site (10–11 September 2026)
• Closing (3–4 December 2026)

Additionally, a limited number of startups are invited to join our fully funded one-month residency at the Hub — a dedicated deep-dive period to step out of daily noise, sharpen your strategy, and build alongside other founders in an immersive environment.

During the program, all core in-person phases — including the Founders Retreat, Midway Event, Closing Event, and the one-month residency — are fully funded. This includes accomodation, three daily vegetarian meals, and full access to coworking facilities and community spaces.

Accommodation and meals outside the funded residency period can be booked independently if needed.

Selected founders also become members of the Flämingo Startup Hub, giving them free access to coworking facilities for two years after completing the program. After this period, continued access is available for €60 per month.

There are two residency options:

• Option 1: 10 August – 9 September 2026
• Option 2: 12 September – 12 October 2026

Exact allocation will be coordinated with selected teams.
