About the Flämingo Startup Accelerator
Creating the next expanding ventures across mobility, the creative industries, and health.
The Flämingo Startup Accelerator is a six-month, non-equity program for early growth-stage startups in Mobility & Logistics and ICT & Creative Industries. We focus on growth, investment-readiness, and industry connections, backed by 30+ years of experience and a strong network of strategic partners, customers, and investors.
Run from the Flämingo Startup Hub in Brandenburg’s countryside — just one hour from Berlin — the program blends business expertise with personal growth, offering a nature-based coworking space, one-month founder residencies, and a supportive, diverse community. [More about the accelerator]

Mobility
With our Mobility Cluster we target startups that want to enable sustainable, inclusive and technology-based mobility infrastructure in rural and urban areas. Solutions should address real mobility needs – through digitalization, cooperation and regional value creation.
Creative industries
Within our Creative Industries Cluster we focus on creative tech startups from Germany and around the world that are developing innovative solutions in the cross-media and cross-sector space — whether at the interface of media, mobility, education, industry, or other fields.
Health
Within our Health Cluster we back startups improving health, wellness, and sustainable living. With access to labs, expert networks, and Bad Belzig’s unique “Kurort” status, founders can develop, test, and scale solutions that make a real impact.
We are set to accelerate 60 startups
over the next three years.
